Life St. Dominic’s Hospital is currently seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our team. Reporting to Moira Bossr, the Unit Manager, the successful candidate will play a pivotal role in providing holistic patient care and fostering collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders in alignment with the company and hospital strategic objectives.

Critical Outputs: Life St. Hospital Registered Nurse
Effective Cost Management:
- Evaluate employee labour hours and manage debit and credit hours effectively.
- Minimize unnecessary stock wastage and facilitate the maintenance of equipment to ensure optimal functionality.
Quality Patient Care:
- Identify and ensure staff undergo department-specific micro orientation for enhanced performance.
- Conduct daily care rounds and promptly investigate and address any patient complaints.
- Provide accurate, appropriate, and adequate information to patients and their families throughout the hospitalization process.
Risk Management (SHEQ & Infection Control):
- Monitor and implement preventative measures to minimize risks to patient safety and well-being.
- Ensure compliance with ISO requirements to facilitate infection control protocols.
Effective Stakeholder Relationships:
- Identify doctor’s preferences and stakeholder needs, implementing them within the working environment to enhance collaboration and satisfaction.
Requirements: Life St. Hospital Registered Nurse
- Relevant Degree or Diploma in Nursing.
- Experience in nursing within surgical and/or medical environments is a prerequisite. Registration with the appropriate professional or regulatory body must be current.
- Understanding of the private healthcare industry, its challenges, and key role players (advantageous).
- Proficiency in computer applications.
