We are excited to announce an opportunity for the position of Pre-Pack Supervisor at our City Deep DC in Johannesburg. Reporting directly to the DC Manager, the Pre-Pack Supervisor will play a pivotal role in managing warehouse activities, ensuring efficiency, and maximizing productivity. We are seeking an experienced individual who can lead a team effectively, coordinate logistical processes, maintain quality standards, and handle documentation.

Summary of Responsibilities:
The Pre-Pack Supervisor will be responsible for:
- Supervising warehouse staff and daily operations.
- Evaluating and reporting on warehouse productivity.
- Overseeing the reception, storage, and prompt delivery of goods and materials. Managing the procurement of supplies and monitoring inventory levels. Checking orders, bills, items received, and deliveries for accuracy.
- Keeping accurate records, providing pertinent reports, and preparing essential documentation. Ensuring compliance with maintenance standards and health and safety regulations.
- Conducting daily inspections of the warehouse grounds.
- Overseeing the management of fleets and equipment, as well as facilitating communication and coordination with other departments and customers.
Minimum Requirements:
- Matric qualification.
- Relevant qualification related to the field.
- Previous experience as a warehouse supervisor or similar management position.
Key Requirements:
- Strong working knowledge of warehouse operations and management.
- Effective time management skills and ability to delegate tasks.
- Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrating proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and data entry software.
- Problem-solving abilities.
