Throughout the programme, participants will rotate within the business unit, gaining exposure to diverse facets of banking and refining their skills under the guidance of dedicated supervisors.

Essential Requirements: To be eligible for the Trailblazer Learnership Programme, applicants must possess:

  • A minimum NQF Level 8 qualification with an average score of at least 70% in disciplines such as Accounting, Economics, Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, or Computer Science.

Eligibility Criteria: In order to qualify for the programme, applicants must meet the following criteria:

  • Must not be permanently employed
  • Cannot be registered with another learnership
  • Must be a South African citizen
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite of Applications
  • Proficient English language skills
