Job Description:
Job Purpose:
The primary objective of this role is to ensure the efficient operation of the dispensary, delivering high standards of pharmaceutical care to customers. This includes accurate dispensing, generic substitution, and providing advice within the legal scope of practice outlined by the South African Pharmacy Council (SAPC).
Job Objectives:
Provide high standards of pharmaceutical care and accurate dispensing in line with Clicks’ protocols and legal regulations. Efficiently manage all operational activities of the dispensary, including stock management, housekeeping, and administration. Focus on core dispensary and clinic targets to ensure operational viability. Oversee the training and development of Pharmacist Assistants and Interns in accordance with SAPC requirements. Execute customer service initiatives to enhance customer experience and drive loyalty. Build and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders to maximize business opportunities. Ensure integration and collaboration with the clinic and healthcare aisle to provide a comprehensive healthcare offering to customers. Support the company’s vision of becoming the customer’s first choice health and beauty retailer by embodying company values.

Education and Experience:
Essential: Registered Pharmacist with SAPC Desirable: Retail Pharmacy experience Desirable: Unisolve experience
